Strictly 21+. The Website and our products are intended solely for persons who are 21 (twenty-one) years of age or older and of legal drinking age in their country of residence. We do not sell, supply, market or deliver alcohol to any person under the age of 21, nor to any person purchasing on behalf of a person under 21. It is a criminal offence to do so, and to misrepresent your age.

01 Eligibility & Age Verification

• You confirm that you are at least 21 years old, of legal drinking age in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.
• By passing the age-verification gate you warrant that the information you provide is true. Submitting false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• We reserve the right to request proof of age and identity at any time, including at the point of delivery. Our couriers will not release any order to a person who appears to be under 25 without acceptable photographic identification, and to any person who is under 21 or visibly intoxicated.
• We may refuse, cancel or limit any order at our sole discretion.

02 Responsible Trading & Consumption

• 4REIGNER supports the responsible marketing and consumption of alcohol. Alcohol is not for sale to persons under 21. Don’t drink and drive. Alcohol reduces driving ability.
• Our products are sold subject to the Liquor Act and all applicable liquor licensing legislation of South Africa and the relevant province. Sales are subject to our holding the requisite valid liquor licence, and to any trading-hour or quantity restrictions imposed by law.
• We may decline to fulfil orders that we reasonably believe are intended for resale without authorisation, for unlawful purposes, or for supply to minors.

03 Products, Pricing & Availability

• All products are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. Vintages, blends and tasting notes may vary between releases.
• Prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and, unless stated otherwise, are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges. Prices shown on the Website may be indicative; the price confirmed at order acceptance shall apply.
• We make every effort to ensure descriptions, imagery and pricing are accurate. However, errors may occur. Where an error is identified, we reserve the right to correct it and to cancel or refuse any order affected by it, even after an order confirmation has been sent.
• Product images are for illustration. Labels, packaging and bottle formats may differ from those displayed.

04 Orders, Enquiries & Contract Formation

• The Website currently operates on an enquiry-and-confirmation basis. Your order or enquiry constitutes an offer to purchase. No contract exists until we issue a written order confirmation and, where applicable, receive cleared payment.
• We reserve the right to accept or decline any order in whole or in part, and to impose minimum or maximum order quantities.
• Once placed, orders may not be amended or cancelled by you except with our written agreement.

05 Delivery, Risk & Title

• Delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.
• A person aged 21 or older must be present to accept delivery and must produce valid identification on request. If no eligible person is available, delivery may be refused and re-delivery or restocking charges may apply.
• Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Ownership passes only once payment has been received in full.

06 Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

• Returns are accepted only for products that are defective, damaged in transit, or incorrectly supplied, and must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with proof of purchase, in their original packaging and unopened.
• For reasons of safety and liquor-licensing law, we cannot accept returns of opened products, nor returns based on personal taste preference.
• Any refund will be made to the original payment method once the returned product has been received and inspected. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 68 of 2008, are not excluded.

07 Intellectual Property

All content on the Website — including the 4REIGNER name, logo, wordmark, label artwork, engraved illustrations, text, photography, video, graphics and design — is owned by or licensed to 4REIGNER Cellars (Pty) Ltd and is protected by copyright, trade mark and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, frame, scrape or commercially exploit any part of the Website without our prior written consent.

08 Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the Website unlawfully or for any fraudulent purpose; attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems; introduce malware; circumvent the age gate; harvest data; or use the Website in any way that could damage, disable or impair it or interfere with any other party’s use.

09 Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

• The Website and its content are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, 4REIGNER, its directors, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, loss of profit, or any damage arising from your use of the Website, the consumption or misuse of our products, or reliance on any content.
• Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10 Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 4REIGNER Cellars (Pty) Ltd against all claims, liabilities, damages, losses and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Website, or any misrepresentation of your age or identity.

11 Third-Party Links

The Website may contain links to third-party sites. We have no control over and accept no responsibility for the content, products or practices of any third-party site.

12 Privacy

Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal information in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

13 Changes to these Terms

We may amend these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Website. The version in force is the one published at the time you use the Website. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

14 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. You submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts in respect of any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website.
